Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. As a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the sole gymnast who won four gold medals in a single Games during the 2016 Olympics. Biles was also the first to hold three world titles consecutively. Biles, along with her siblings Adria Biles and Ronald Biles were taken in as infants by their grandparents of Houston. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics as a six-year-old in a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach for the following eleven years. Biles won the floor and vault exercises at the 2009 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an highest level of competition in the year 2011. In less than two years, she became the most successful athlete in her discipline. The thing that set Biles apart was her consistency her fun-loving personality, and the extreme level of effort she put into her workout routines for all four events--vault uneven bars balance beam and floor exercises.
